No. RitGenie recognises trips automatically and classifies them itself. Only when the app really cannot determine something does it ask one short question. It remembers that answer, so the same question does not come back.
We arrange the installation on location, carried out by experienced professionals. After that your registration runs by itself; you do not have to connect or charge anything.
The smart app recognises which phone(s) were in the car. That way RitGenie knows who drove and who rode along, without handing out or managing separate ID tags.
RitGenie records per trip the data that is typically asked for a watertight administration: date, odometer readings, departure and arrival address with postcode, and the classification business, private or commuting. The reports are designed to be complete and verifiable. For the requirements that apply to your situation, we refer to the Tax Administration requirements.
Private kilometres always count for tax, but the details (addresses, route, passengers) are hidden where appropriate. They are never deleted. Hiding can be undone, deleting cannot. See our privacy policy.
